My Story
My journey began when I was just 14 years old, turning to inspirational books as a way to rise above trauma and find hope. That hunger for growth led me into teaching, where I supported students and families while working toward my master’s in counseling. After completing my degree, I served as a school counselor and later at a psychiatric hospital, gaining a deeper understanding of what it means to hold space for healing.
In 2019, I opened Calderas Counseling, my private practice, where I’ve walked alongside individuals, couples, and teens facing anxiety, depression, and life’s challenges. Over time, I realized something powerful—therapy is transformative, but there often comes a point where it’s no longer medically necessary, yet the desire for deeper healing and expansion remains.
That realization led me to create my coaching practice, a space for women who are ready to move beyond surviving into truly thriving. Here, I combine practical tools with intentional practices to help people come back to themselves, set boundaries, and live with clarity, freedom, and joy.
And because healing is also about celebration, nourishment, and rest, I co-founded the Calderas Self-Care Center, where retreats and workshops create sacred pauses—reminders of how far you’ve come and how much you deserve to be cared for.
Through each branch of my work, my purpose is the same: to remind you that healing is possible, that you are not broken, and that everything you need to live a peaceful and fulfilling life is already within you.
